Kihon Set #2 - 1a "the split entry"

David Holzer
September 1, 2016

Kihon Set #2 is all about handling the straight punch.

The first exercise is learning to counter attack as you defend via the "split entry".
It's called split entry since your defending hand is on the outside of his attacking arm while your attacking hand is on the inside of his attacking arm - "splitting his attack".
