Weekly Self-Defense Classes in Pittsburgh for Men and Women

Self-defense combatives is about total training. It specializes in close-quarter, hand-to-hand fighting whether you are a man or woman, with or without weapons. We will prepare you for practically anything that you might encounter. We have all of our students learn the basics in all facets of fighting. Once the basics are mastered, we start applying more variables and stress conditions. Operating under stress in a trained and effective manner so as to get you home safe is our goal.

PCC self-defense 101 workshops for men and women

If you are worried about your safety but don't feel you have the time to invest in weekly self-defense classes, then consider one of our Self-Defense 101 Workshops.

Our Self-Defense 101 Workshops are split into 2 paths. Each path offers a core curriculum that focuses on specific self-defense skill sets. Additionally, each workshop also includes awareness training and safety tactics.

No prior training is necessary. These workshops are "hands-on" training that use simple, yet effective and proven techniques to help increase your self-defense skills, awareness, and survival.
