This blog is to serve as an informational highway from me to you. During class there is not always enough time to give you the background info that you need for the areas that we practice. This blog will allow me to expand on those areas, give you detailed descriptions/diagrams and my infamous drawings even some videos.

Additionally, you can use this blog as your student manual. You will find the actual ideas/skill sets and "kihons" listed here in their official forms. You can still take your own notes in class - highly encouraged - but now you can cross-reference and double check vs. what I list here in the blog.
